Heart Starter - Awareness Workshops
Heart Starter Awareness Workshops are designed to promote awareness what to do in the event of a colleague having a potential heart attack or cardiac arrest.
Awareness Workshops are open to all - we cater for individuals, small/large groups and businesses (we come to you and can fit around your business day). Please contact us so we can discuss best practice and our availability. The Covid 19 virus has decreased the number of individuals attending a single workshop, unfortunately the numbers associated with heart attacks and cardiac arrest continues to increase.........

Heart Starter - Training Events
Heart Starter Training Events ensure all attendees are able and feel confident to use a defibrillator (AED) and receive 'one to one' practical experience in basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Our courses are comprehensive and will leave you feeling competent – refresher courses are available on a yearly basis.
Courses cover
- Acting safely, quickly & effectively in an emergency
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Treating an unconscious casualty
- Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) use
We look to book 12 people per AED/CPR trainer. Please contact us so we can discuss best practice and our availability.
